In this first part of the Creating Success Trilogy, I make the ground floor of success. The basis of Success is Information.

If you think about it, facts is what enables us to function in the everyday world, no matter where, or when. From birth we are handed huge volumes of facts to consume and integrate into our concept patterns. The human child goes through 15 to 20 years of entertaining facts to be able to function as adults in our complicated society. Our access to facts determines what kind of life we have and how much wealth we accumulate. Kids in rich families don't get the same facts as kids in poor families. They're taught dissimilar things and to think in dissimilar ways than poor kids. The facts we have access to determines our expectations and affects our choices. The facts we are exposed to even affects what questions we ask and predetermines the answers.

Train Table For Kids

The guess that there are so many unhappy citizen in the world is because they know that something is wrong but they don't know what it is. They can't define the problem or the solution. The potential of facts ready to the median (non-affluent) someone is limited, narrow, obsolete, opinionated hearsay. The daily conversation of the working class is filled with one-liners from the most popular sitcoms. Communal standing is dependent on the advanced art of the best comeback to witty statements. In this environment nothing is definite or original. You don't get points for originality. This is where the problem starts. Everybody is in the same boat, and it's leaking. The median someone can't step out of their world temporarily and look at it objectively. They keep getting the same facts presented in the same way which gives the same answers. I believe it's called a treadmill.

It's quite fabulous to me that there is so much facts ready to anything with a computer and a relationship to the internet. Before the internet era, getting facts meant having access to libraries. The elite university libraries were where the assuredly neat books were. Of course, access was exiguous to upper class kids. The rest didn't even know those books existed.

Now, we have a vastly dissimilar problem. There is so much facts ready that we're totally overwhelmed. "There just isn't adequate time, and I have citizen I need to text." "So, how do I know what's important anyway"? "Is it going to make me popular"? "Will it help me get the right job"? citizen have been trained to accept facts "bursts". They don't seek information, they're hit with it, sometimes with consent and sometimes not.

So, the real value of facts is not comprehended. The uncomplicated truth is that facts tells us about the nature of anything we care to look at. What it looks like, how it functions, what qualities it possesses, how it fits in with all things else, what it affects and how it is effected. It also enables us to look at the very abstract idea of meaning. What does what I am seeing at "mean". Meaning is the private gem in information. Meaning is what elevates and transforms facts into knowledge.

The more competent the source of the information, the more we can trust the photograph the facts is revealing to us. definite facts in problem solving produces sure results. Failure to use definite facts normally brings negative or disastrous results. And here is the point of disjunction in the middle of the upbringing of rich and poor kids. The facts shared in daily experience in the middle of rich parents and their kids is filled with facts about being successful. How you talk, what you wear, what you do, how you identify company opportunities, how you make money, how you use it, how you recite to those you hire. Years of exposure to this eventually build a world view ideally distinguished to being victorious and wealthy. The total information/belief law is complete.

Contrast this with the upbringing of the poor (economically challenged). Visualize the evening meal table (or couch) of a poor family. The facts shared is about not being able to pay which bill this week, intermingled with comments about something unintelligent on the Tv. "And you had best graduate so you can get a good job". They're not easy to find these days"." Look what they've done to this country". "All my buddies say we're in for bad times, I don't know what we're going to do"! "I'm just too old".

The facts ready to these two groups couldn't be farther apart. The rich group can't imagine what the problem is? "If they're poor, it's their own fault". The poor group can't imagine why the rich treat them so badly. "Can't they see what we're are going through? Life is hard"!

What separates the rich from the poor is what separates the victorious from the unsuccessful. Accurate, complete, relevant, timely, meaningful Information. No matter what you are trying to do, then you owe it to yourself to use good information. Start with a aware exertion to see how good the facts is you normally rely on. make the habit of accepting only the best facts upon which to base your views and decisions. Don't be influenced to accept inferior facts by those around you. This step is the principal one. If you aren't already doing this, then begin now.

When you are trying to solve a problem, define what you are seeing for to the best of your ability. Then find the sources that consist of the acceptable kind of information. Sources tend to specialize. make a recipe for analyzing the potential of information. One uncomplicated recipe involves posing the same query to multiple similar locations. Then assess the answers to get a sense of the quality. Pick the best one and use it. Academic sources can be beneficial for sure kinds of facts because they tend to be more definite and specific in their citations. They also have access to the most recent research. Their facts is shared more easily than with ownership private research.

The facts that you use determines your world view, which determines the options you have in life. If you are unsatisfied with your life, look at your bottom line to find the source of the problem and the solution.

The second part of the Creating Success Trilogy will peruse Knowledge.

Creating Success Part 1

You've just started your Network Marketing company and you are ready to shoot right to the top. Here are some concepts to embrace each day as you go along your journey.

Success Tip # 1 - change Your Thinking

Train Table For Kids

Always profess a sure attitude.

Many years ago, a large American shoe manufacturer sent two sales reps out to separate parts of the Australian outback to see if they could drum up some company among the aborigines. Some time later, the company received telegrams from both agents. The first one said - "No company here. Natives don't wear shoes." The second one said - "Great opportunity here - the natives don't wear shoes."

How do you "see" things in your life and your business? Are you prone to see the glass half full or half empty? Do you see opportunity with man who already uses a separate brand of your stock or do you assume there is no place for your large product?

Your reasoning has considered all things about where you are Right Now! As you look around, it is your beliefs and attitude that are reflected in the environment colse to you.

Here's the Great news - if you are happy with where you are, you can continue to enjoy where you are and what you have. Continue focusing on the positive.

If you are not happy with where you are and what you have, you can change it. It's as uncomplicated as changing your thoughts. And, you Can change your thoughts. Go on, give it a try. Try it for 21 days and watch what happens!

Success Tip # 2 - Get Back Up

It's not whether you get knocked down. It's whether you get back up.

So, you talk to 6 people and none of them are curious in your products or your business. So what? Do those 6 people hold the keys to your future? Do those 6 people make your house payment, feed your kids, or care a lot about what you think of them?

Some will and some won't in this business. You are only looking for the "some who will." They are out there. You are living proof that they are. After, all, you became a "some will" right?

Refuse to accept the notion of rejection in this business. It simply does not exist. No one is rejecting you. They are simply not curious in what you are offering at this time. Have you ever turned down a refill on a cup of coffee at a restaurant? Did the waiter run away crying and screaming because you rejected him? Nope, he said " next" and moved to the next table. You can do the same.

Believe in your stock and share that excitement. Insulate yourself from any one else's notion by your own belief.

Then, pick yourself back up and keep searching for gold.

I believe in you. Believe in you, too!

Success Tip # 3 - Four Great Reasons to Build It

1. Network Marketing is a large opportunity to create all kinds of things that you want in your life. You can create fun and creativity. You can create financial independence. You can create reliance and great people skills. Nearly 20 million Americans are doing some type of entrepreneurial company from their home. And, this amount is expected to growth dramatically. Be a part of that and find others and bring them into the fold.

2. Anyone (and especially women) can set their own hours , be flexible in their schedules as they balance many things, design a stable, solid, permanent income and design some long chronic friendships!

3. There is No gender gap or glass ceilings in Network Marketing. Anyone can reach the top, regardless of background, education, etc. Have your PhD? Great, you can shoot right to the top in Network Marketing. Have your Ged? Great, you can shoot right to the top in Network Marketing.

4. You don't need a Huge capital speculation to begin your business. Grants and small company loans are even ready for women and others! You just need a great attitude that you can succeed and a Big desire to do it!

So, Why Not You And Why Not Now?

Success Tip #4 - improving Your Game

The best speculation you can make in your company is to constantly enhance on you.

Are you improving every day? Do you wake up feeling alive, and ready to go in your business? Are you committed to your dreams? Do you Have dreams?

Work on being focused and fired up about your company Every day of each year. Blow by obstacles and don't let them hinder you or slow you down. Get clear on your goals and even clearer on your Intentions in your business. Set intentions each and every day.

Are you going for greatness?

Stop and ask yourself - Could I make one more call to one more prospect? Could I send one more email? Could I book one more party, set up one more fundraiser, recognize one more team member, etc.? Could I pass out more flyers, hand out more samples?

Life and your company is an experiment. And, you undoubtedly can't fail unless you quit or do nothing.

Each experiment will lead you closer to your goal and the greatness you aspire to.

You must know what an expected opportunity you have with your Network Marketing business. You Must!

Big things are right colse to the angle - are you planning to be the top achiever in your company, are you going to be committed 100%? How great can you be if you are Anyone less than 100% committed?

How committed would you be if you Knew you could get all things in life you want? How many calls would you make, or samples would you hand out?

Commit to yourself and your dreams Today!

Success Tip #5 - Under promise and Over-deliver

Ever been over hyped in a business? Promised the moon and only delivered the begin pad? Who hasn't? Set out to be separate in your business.

Start by Never production any income claims. Don't even share your own income with others. Why? Well, it just doesn't matter. whether you are production one or one million dollars, this has nothing to do with your team partner's ability to make an income.

Only offer up what you can deliver upon.

That undoubtedly comes down to your partnership.

What are you offering to those who join you in your business?

What maintain do you make available?

What tools?

What sets you apart from the 42 other people they found on the Google search for your business?

Be very clear on what you offer in partnership, put it into writing and make sure you deliver on it.

Have some things that you don't offer, yet deliver. How many people in Network Marketing can undoubtedly say that their sponsor offered More in maintain and training than they promised?

Take the higher road and watch your company soar.

There has never been a good time to have a home company than now. I say that to myself Every single day and have for over ten years. Every day, I am right. You have what it takes, now go make it happen!

5 Success Tips to Success

80 percent of the results are produced by 20 percent of the people.

That thinkable, (and surprisingly accurate) statistic is the very same philosophy Jack Welch used when he stripped down Ge to come to be one of the powerhouse clubs of his day during his tenure as Head Man In payment of Getting Things Done around there. Jack understood the need to "trim the fat" as it were, to keep his assosication lean and prosperous.

Train Table For Kids

The same holds true in nearly every enterprise. Specifically, look at your direct sales business. Are there people in your company that rise to the top because they consistently have more sales, more recruits and more shows on their calendar than whatever else? Of course! Are you wondering how you can be one of them? Read on!

As a consultant, there are two ares of your personal company you must address to be one of these "20 percenters". First look at your time. 20 percent of your activities are going to furnish 80 percent of your results. There are always activities you can't avoid doing - it's human nature to occasionally get sucked into a conversation or action that distracts you from your daily goals. come to be aware of what your 20 percent activities are, and spend your time more effectively in those areas. Eliminate distractions as much as possible. I've got kids at home, too, and I know from distractions. There's nothing more distracting than a 2 year old pouring his own glass of juice just out of arm's reach when you're trying to handle a sales call! But the baby won't drown, and you can clean up the mess (and the baby) when the call's over - no need to get upset on the phone.

The second area to address is your buyer base. 20 percent of your customers will supply 80 percent of your company and the remaining 80 percent are likely to have a few "headaches" hiding in there. Be very selective and protective over these 20 percenters. I would even advise going the extra mile and doing something extra to celebrate them as your top 20 percenters. Construction buyer loyalty (not satisfaction) is key in this company age. It's leading to stay in front of your most vital customers so that they come to be even more loyal and supply you with even more value. But that means providing more value to them in return.

Tip: Many consultants use some sort of "preferred customer" or "Vip" program. Look closely at who those people are, and find ways to join together with them more often.

As a leader, you'll also need to look at your training and recruiting efforts. 20 percent of the training topics furnish 80 percent of the results on a team. Sometimes they are the easy areas like order entry. Sometimes, they are more difficult areas like overcoming objections. Take a look at your training topics and collate it to the carrying out of your team on a month-to-month basis. There should be a correlation. Listen to your consultants. When they indicate a training need, fill it whenever possible. people don't commonly ask for help, and if they are, chances are good they're not the only ones that need it!

Lastly, as a leader, you have to look at your team. 20 percent of your team will supply 80 percent of your headaches. Just know that upfront. Identify those people and generate ways to handle them - before they come to be a distraction to the remainder of your team - and your personal business. Remember those "time suck" conversations I was talking about earlier? This is one of those kinds of activities. Make a plan.

And, I'm sure you've already figured out that 20% of your team will supply you with 80% of the results. These are your super stars - and yes, you may be one of your own super stars. Especially if your team is small. I strongly encourage extra recognition for these folks - to help insure loyalty to your company - but I also encourage recognition at Levels. That way, it's not Just your top 20% that are producing results. Every person on a team serves a purpose. As a leader you need to focus on the top 20%, but be accessible to Every person in your organization. Because you never know when there'll be a newcomer to your top 20%.

Ultimately, it comes down to being Aware of what's going on in your business, whether you're brand new, or a long time veteran. Some clubs like to keep things very "hush hush" in the organization, and that's something I can't handle. I use programs like Simpleology to help me get a handle on my daily tasks. I know exactly what my top 20% issues are each day, and I can target them immediately when I start my morning.

I pull reports (or generate them if I have to), and know who my top producers are, who my top customers are, and then I can take action to say thanks and keep them loyal.

Take a close look at your business. Know who's putting food on your table, and who's making it harder to get your job done. Then act accordingly!

Network Marketing Success - The 80-20 Rule Revisited

In my earlier articles I have explored the significance of a coach monitoring the mindset of athletes, particularly those who exhibit feelings of astonishing depression following a win. In my experience, athletes who train and focus the most are typically the hardest hit by the phenomenon of an anticlimactic experience.

As one modern example, I share the story of Joe.

Train Table For Kids

As a relatively young coach, my interest was to build the future of my program. In order to do this, I traveled to the local middle school that sent students to attend the high school I worked at upon graduation. One of the young kids that approached me was a short, fat, non-athletic looking child named Joe. He had dyed his light brown hair black, and he wore it in a long spiky style. His fingernails were painted black and he wore some type of a studded necklace.

Joe had never been a astonishing student, and he nothing else but was not a natural athlete. As he attended our "Baby Eagle" workouts, his interest in the sport industrialized faster than his abilities. Joe began to show astonishing dedication after the end of his sophomore campaign. Up to this point, he had been a successful member of our teams Junior Varsity Squad. He had competed a few times on the varsity level and he had been successful in some of those attempts.

Joe trained very hard throughout the off-season and he competed anytime it was potential for him to do so. He usually attended out club workouts and he lifted weights and ran on his own. His grades elevated from sometimes D's and F's to usually B's and C's.

During his junior year, all of his physical training paid off. Joe began the season by beating some very tough competitors. He continued to heighten as time went on and he ended up becoming a County Champion, as well as a District and a Regional Champion.

Joe earned an opportunity to compete at the Fhsaa State Championships held in Lakeland, Florida in February of 2006. Joe won a few matches, but fell short. He was defeated by an athlete that had previously defeated him. Joe was not able to mentally accept his abilities. He was pleased that he had achieved what he had, and as a result, Joe began to stagnate.
After the reality of his failure to come to be a state place winner began to sink in, Joe began to train in earnest for his senior campaign. He wrestled all over, and he lifted weights and ran. He once again usually attended club workouts and his technique improved. Joe reached a point towards the end of the summer prior to his senior year when he had honed all the physical skills he needed to result and come to be a State Champion.

The issue that Joe faced was within his own head. Joe began to battle depression brought on by his inability to compete at an elevated level regardless of his competition. Joe naturally overwhelmed a majority of the athletes he competed against and he became deeply frustrated by this occurring time and again. Joe was unable to showcase his talent when his opponents naturally had nothing to offer him in the way of resistance.

One Saturday night, after a large tournament concluded, Joe took his championship medal and joined the team and coaches for a post tournament evening meal at a local restaurant. while the meal, I noticed Joe was not at the table and I looked for him. I found him sitting on the floor of the bathroom bawling and crying. I asked what was wrong, and he told me that he did not know.

After speaking for a while, I realized that Joe had not been taught how to cope with success. As Joe continued to defeat all of his opponents, he began to receive attention from the local media. He began to feel the pressure connected with gaining recognition as being the best.

In my next article, I will relate how together we found a constructive way to heighten the contentious mindset of Joe, and very successfully elevate his performance to the next level.

Coping With Success - The Mindset of Joe
