Are you planning a vacation to Hawaii? Wouldn't it be nice to have a local for a tour guide? If you want to see the real Hawaii, come along with me for a scenic drive on the Leeward side of Oahu.

The Leeward side of each of the Hawaiian islands has a desert climate. It's generally drier and has less vegetation but it's no less beautiful. From Honolulu take the H1 west (not the H2) keep going west until you get to the 750 Kunia. This is a two lane road that is less traveled. There are gorgeous views of the Waianae mountain range and the pineapple fields. ultimately you will curve back to the H2 just keep going North.

Train Table For Kids

The first stop is at the Dole Pineapple plantation for all snacks pineapple. They have pineapple ice cream, chocolates, salsas, turnovers, and just fruit. It's a great place for the kids because they have a maze and a train ride too.

As you traveling supplementary north you will find many opportunities for scenic views of the Pacific. Drive slowly to savor the experience. When you head down the mountain side towards Haleiwa the view is amazing

My next stop is in Waialua. Supervene the signs to the Old Sugar Mill. There you will find a locals surf shop and the Northshore soap factory. I like to get the kukui nut oil. It's great for sunburns. The surf shop has board shorts, fun souvenirs, and fun gifts to take back home.

Ok it's not all about shopping... Don't forget eating too! Take the next turn to Haleiwa. This historic surfers town has a great option of eclectic shops and cafes. A few of my favorites include Konos, Coffee Gallery, Pizza Bob's, and Jameson's By The Sea. Keep in mind that most shops close in this town about 5pm. So if you want to go shopping take a break from the beach and check out the town.

The Northshore beaches are world famous. Look for the surfers at Waimea Bay, Sunset, and the Banzai Pipeline. Each year in December, the Vans Triple Crown of surfing is held here. Be sure to check out their website for more details.

My recommendation is to go "beach hoping" along the coast starting at Haleiwa Beach Park. Then Supervene the road to Three Tables, Pupukea, and Sharkes Cove. If you Supervene Hwy 83 around the island there are many other beach parks each with a different view and if you pay attention... different sand.

This driving adventure will take a full day. However, if it is the real Hawaii that you crave then this is the drive for you.

Scenic Drive on Oahu, Hawaii

There is hope, not all is bad out there in the world of employment. There are some jobs that are made to weather economic down times. It might not be your dream job, but it is a job to get your straight through the tough times,. And you may find that you like carrying a gun, or yelling at kids during the day.

Here are the jobs that are resistant to a recession:

Train Table For Kids

Government jobs are in major ask and supply right now, President Obama has been trying to kick start the economy into overdrive by hiring government workers. And he has been giving huge raises to top positions. Just don;t apply for a post office job, because they are closing post offices down due to citizen using alternative methods for getting the mail through.

Police. In a bad economy we need more police than ever. If your are healthy, can pass the physical rigors of the police test, than you could be finding at a job with good pay and great benefits. It all the time seems that during bad economic times, more police are needed to levy the laws, because citizen will steal more often, and hang out on road corners. There are more domestic fights, and more barroom brawls.

Nurses. Nurses have been in short supply for years now. Doctors are handling as many patients as they can with nurses taking extra sick person load right now. Thus major hospitals, and doctor's offices offices need nurses, right now. In fact some hospitals are training nurses for free.

School teachers are all the time needed. Once a trainer has five years in the system, they have a job for life. School's need good teachers now, to teach kids the basics. Communal schools need teachers because private schools are no longer that affordable.

Car Mechanics are a retreat resistant job. With citizen out of work, car owners are fixing their old cars, instead of buying new cars. Good mechanics are in short supply. You can even fix cars at home and make extra money if you have the mechanical aptitude.

College professors. With President Obama gift money to go back to college, many citizen are taking advantage of this offer, and are going back to school. That is why college professors, even part time professors, and assistant professors are in ask currently.

Technology workers. Computers, and robots still need to be manufactured. Therefore engineers, and technological savvy smart citizen are needed to enlarge robots and computers for the future, that are smaller and economy than in old years.

Restaurant workers. Now, I'm not talking about super expensive, wine sipping restaurants, here, no I am stressing super inexpensive places to eat that are very affordable such as McDonald's, Tim Horton's and your Mom and Pop places. Yes, these jobs don't pay much, but for fast working, team oriented teens,a nd for adults as a second job, these restaurants will help put food on your table.

There you have it, the retreat resistant jobs for 2011. There are jobs out there. Don't listen to the doom sayers in the media, get out there and look because opportunity doesn't look for you. You have to look for it!

When you think about house training small dogs, what is the first thing that comes to mind?

For most pet owners, the talk is potty training. While this is really an important part of training your small dog, it is only one piece of the whole picture. House training small dogs is about teaching them how to live in harmony with the humans of their pack.

Train Table For Kids

Each household will have minor differences in what is considered standard behavior, but the base line expectations will be the same.

  • No peeing or pooping in the house
  • No incessant barking
  • Eating father's sandwich when he's not looking is commonly not good
  • Chewing on sisters new leather purse is really bad
  • Chasing the cat through the house and breaking grandma's beloved lamp will not earn any brownie points

And the list goes on, but you get the picture. Housetraining your small dog means instilling allowable "inside" behavior, the same as you would teach your kids.

Getting An Early Start

Getting an early start on house training your small dog will yield the best results. Mum dogs start training their puppies from the occasion they are born; the training we furnish is merely an prolongation of their mothers.

If you are fortunate enough to start with a puppy raised by a good breeder in conjunction with a balanced mother, much of your work will have already been done for you. That does not mean you can breathe easy and shirk your responsibilities of chronic to build on the foundation started by others.

If you are beginning with a youthful or adult dog, the process of establishing your role as pack leader by setting boundaries and earning their trust and respect is the same - it may just take a itsybitsy longer, that's all.

Setting Boundaries

There are likely to be areas of the home that are off limits to your small dog; these may contain the couch, dining table or your bed. Bringing home your new dog, opportunity the door and letting him race inside like he owns the place is akin to turning your children loose in the candy store and saying have at it.

Limiting your dog's passage to certain areas of the home that you claim as yours will set boundaries and report your expectations. This process provides stability and buildings for your dog, something that is very important to them and is a key construction block for thriving house training.

A Den For Your Small Dog

Providing your dog with their very own "space" is important for their wellbeing. Wild canines seek out small sheltered areas for their dens, a place where they feel safe and secure; a dog bed or dog crate fills this primal need quite nicely for our domesticated canine companions.

By providing your small dog with a den, you are creating a home base from which they can gradually be introduced to the rest of the house. If they are feeling overwhelmed at any point, they will have a place of security and security to retreat to.

As a side benefit, if the den is properly sized, it is a great potty training tool as dogs will not willingly eliminate in their dens.

Fundamental Training Commands

All training starts with fundamentals. Teaching your small dog the basic commands of "Sit", "Stay", "Come" and "Quiet" as a first priority will make the house training easier on both of you. These basic commands function much like their den; at any time stress levels elevate or your small dog becomes confused, they have a security point to return to.

By firmly ingraining these commands, you will all the time be able to regain their full attention in a split second. This operate has saved many a small dog from severe injury and even death on many occasions.

In summary

As stated in the beginning, house training small dogs is about much more than just potty training. You are essentially teaching your pet manners; you are outlining for them the boundaries and limitations of your home and your relationship.

Done properly, this will originate a pleasant atmosphere in which your pet will thrive. Pets often act out, chewing on shoes or furniture, whining and barking incessantly or even behaving aggressively when they are fearful or unsure of what to do.

Proper training will instill a feeling of security and go a long ways towards curtailing these and other behaviors. While chewing and barking can also be symptomatic of other issues, the good the training, the easier these issues will be to deal with.

House Training Small Dogs Is More Than Potty Training

Knocking knees, butterflies (who came up with that word?) in your stomach, sweaty palms, quavering voice. We've all been there - some of us more than others. I'm going to share with you some of the tricks of the trade to help conduct and cut your anxiety before and during your presentation. These methods are tried and true and have helped many presenters.

The first time is always the worst and it gets good from there.

Train Table For Kids

In 1991, I gave my first presentation to a large audience. My audience was 150 fifth and six grade students in an exterior courtyard of an elementary school. I was scheduled to give a 35-minute learner assembly that explained a variety of international artifacts (masks, musical instruments, hats, and other sharp items). It was a schedule designed to increase multicultural understanding. I was so fired up about the topic, and conception that it was such an prominent subject that I conception I could deliver the program.

Well, of policy everything went wrong! The wind picked up and knocked some of the items off the display table (the kids conception this was funny, I didn't). The microphone had that horrible screeching feedback. My knees shook the whole time, my voice quavered, my heart pounded - and I felt like it was going on forever. I got straight through my content somehow and looked at my watch. I gave a 35-minute presentation in 15-minutes! I think that I probably forgot to breathe.

After packing up my items and loading them in my car, I collapsed in the driver's seat. When my heart starting beating normally, I had a realization. My realization was that I did deliver the program, yes-terribly, but I did finish it and it would probably never again be that bad. From that point on, I learned something from every schedule I gave; how to keep the audience engaged, how to test Av equipment Before I started, how to breathe commonly and speak at the same time. The list goes on and on. In three years, I delivered this schedule to more than 100,000 students and teachers.

Today, I help adults establish the skills of social speaking. It seems that every person has some degree of nervousness or anxiety. What I know is that you can live straight through those feelings and that over time they get easier and easier to deal with. Give these strategies a try and see if they will help you too.

How about having a conversation?

Use your mental energy to think of your next presentation as a conversation. You have conversations all day, every day! Do you get nervous before a conversation? Most conversations are non-threatening experiences, just a way for two or more population to retell something. How is a presentation dissimilar than that? Try to think of your presentation as a conversation, just with a few more people. See if that eases your mind and nerves.

Make some new friends in the audience.

Most population are nervous in front of an audience of strangers. What would happen if you had a friend in the audience, or a group of friends? Would you feel more comfortable? Next time you have to give a presentation to a group you don't know - do something revolutionary! Introduce yourself, shake hands, and greet as many of the audience as inherent before your talk begins. That way, when you're standing in the front of the room seeing out, it is no longer a sea of strangers, but a friendly group, because you met some of the population first. You'll want to find them in the audience and make eye contact, and it won't be too hard, because they'll probably be smiling at you.

Put yourself in your audience's shoes for a moment. Fantasize that you are attending a special consulation at work. How would you feel if before the seminar, the speaker took a moment to introduce herself to you? Would you be a more receptive listener to what she had to say? I bet your respond is yes!

How about smiling?

Smiling has a physiological affect on us - it helps to calm our nerves and make us feel better. It also has the added bonus of making us appear more pleasant, comfortable and happy - definite safe bet characteristics of a presenter. Often times, the audience will mirror the expression of the presenter. So guess what happens when you smile? You got it; your audience will be more likely to smile back at you.

Let's review.

You've just learned some simple, yet effective, techniques to help cut and conduct nervousness while giving a presentation. I challenge you to try them out and see if they work for you.

Remember to:

1. Have a conversation with your audience.

2. Make some new friends before your presentation.

3. Smile! It just might prove infectious and make you feel a whole lot more at ease!

4. Learn from every presentation you give and you'll see that it does get easier and easier.

Beating Your Fear of social Speaking

I recently paid a visit to a local "Everything's a Buck" store to pick up a stack of greeting cards for church. When I got to the checkout, I noticed a sign saying "We accept Visa." Great! Often those Dollar shop don't take prestige cards because of the fees expensed by the bank. That meant customers needed cash or a check to purchase merchandise.

I said to the cashier, "Do you take Mastercard as well as Visa?" "Yes," she replied. I ran my card through the card swipe and got an error message. The cashier cleared the motor and had me run the card again. Another error message. She cleared the motor again and had me run the card. Once again, an error message appeared. We did this once more, still no luck.

Train Table For Kids

She had me hand her my card. She looked at it and said, "Do you have Another way to pay for this? We don't take Mastercard."

I calmly asked (honest, I was calm), "So the part where I asked if you take Mastercard...?" "Oh," she said, "I belief you said Discover." I asked, "Do you take Discover?" The reply, "No, just Visa and debit cards."

Now, here comes the de facto scary part...She turned to the new cashier she was Training and said, "It's de facto foremost that you listen to the customer." No kidding!

Poor customer service, unfortunately, isn't hermetically sealed into "Everything's a Buck." It creeps out the door and ends up in restaurants, offices, auto repair shops, and doctor's offices. Poor customer aid has become the norm. And, there is a direct correlation between the increase of poor customer aid and the decline of coarse sense.

Businesses need customers. Businesses with employees need sales to cover payroll. Treating customers as an de facto substituted commodity creates a company environment that's sure to generate a drop in sales resulting in Cash Flow Extinction.

Poor customer aid kills small business's most advantages. Let's take the local hardware store as an example. Hemmed in on all sides by big box competitors, Ye Olde Hardware store can't compete on price. There's got to be something else that cause customers to bypass the big box and shop at Ye Olde instead.

If you add to Ye Olde's troubles by offering poor customer service, the company environment gets de facto tough. You've removed the strongest advantage a small company or professional custom can offer. Along the rocky road, customers leave, company drops off, and the company slides deep into the Cash Flow Swamp.

The flip side of that slimy, algae-covered scenario is this. Use customer aid (and well-trained customer aid people) as your number one best company custom and you set yourself at least one giant step above your competition.

Then, if you can train your employees to become perfect helpful and suggesting salespeople (Think "Do you want fries with that?") now we're approaching something that resembles improved cash flow.

And by the way, perfect customer care is a perfect justification for charging higher prices. Let's use a day spa as an example. The drugstore and branch store shelves are lined with products to make you look younger, feel better, have fewer wrinkles, etc. For eight bucks you can get yourself an at-home attractiveness treatment guaranteed to take years off your face. Yet, spas attract hordes of habitancy seeing for the same results while they're paying way more than eight bucks.

Why is that? Spending the day at a spa goes far beyond slapping some goop on your face in your bathroom while your kids are knocking at the door and your husband wants to know if you've seen his other black sock Spas generate a customer experience, a sense of pampering and care that no mere jar on a shelf can ever offer.

Creating a customer feel can be done in any business. Reconsider the auto repair shop that advertised to women. Women could come to the repair shop and not worry about getting taken advantage of. Terrific. Almost. When the women arrived to get their cars fixed, guess what they found? A dirty, greasy waiting room, hunting and fishing magazines on the banged up coffee table, calendars with bikini-clad models, and a bathroom that encouraged women to say, "I'll wait til I get home.". A consultant set the company owner straight and the waiting area was transformed. The company prospered. It's all in the details. A well-created customer feel changes your customer's perception from mental that your company should be selling "Everything for a Buck."

A kid's messenger bag has many advantages over the common, everyday backpack, particularly within the realms of portability, safety of the items therein, accessibility and comfort. Finding at relieve and portability, let's remember our own experiences with a backpack - have you ever sat down on a train, a bus, or literally anywhere while wearing one on your back? For this and many other reasons, as soon as there exists an opening to take a backpack off your back, off it comes, right?

And really, that's the only way you could possibly get to whatever stored inside, after all. With a kid's messenger bag, this is not the case. Held over the shoulder, the bag at one side is infinitely more accessible even without taking the bag off of the shoulder. A quick and uncomplicated slide of the strap keeps the bag at your back so that riding a motorcycle is a zephyr - which is literally why they're favorite by motorcycle courier workers and such.

Train Table For Kids

This also takes us to a kid's messenger bag's ability of holding the contents secure. Being that you can't sit anywhere with a backpack on your back, these can be literally left anywhere and forgotten. How many times have we heard of children (or ourselves) leaving them at a friend's house, under a table at a hamburger joint, or worse, on a bus or a train?

This just doesn't happen with a kid's messenger bag, because it never needs to come off. In fact, these comfy personal carry-alls tend to be quite trendy and fashionable. A child often never goes anywhere without them, and they never leave them lying colse to anywhere. The messenger bag, in effect, becomes almost like an extension of their bodies, with all of the contents advent back with them from wherever they have gone to.

Another great highlight lending to the safety of the contents of a kid's messenger bag which outshines a backpack's doing is the ruggedness of design. Made of durable canvas, and often with waterproof vinyl linings, you can be assured that items can go and return safely. Either it's a laptop computer going with your child to the library or school, or video games and other game platform or Pc components on their way with your child to a friend's house, electronic equipment will be protected.

A kid's messenger bag is simply far more advantageous to get for your child than any backpack - it's safer, more portable, much more literally accessible, and due to all of this, you might find that they stick to kids like honey on a bear's nose. It's funny, really... You'd almost expect them to sleep in bed while still wearing them, because they often get so very attached to them. But this is a good thing, because it helps a child grow a love for being organized, and becoming customary with the whole idea of "a place for everything, and everything in its place.

Change is constant, and right now, more than anytime that I can remember convert is happening fast. Employees who belief they would be retiring from companies are now searching for new careers. Adults are going back to school to train for new careers and to get an edge over the competition. It is competitive. And the competition is spread over an age group from 20 years old to 55 years old seeking to start new careers. There are possible employees ranging from 20-55 years of age seeking the same entry level positions with the same instruction and palpate in many careers opportunities.

After going to school and getting all of the training, who will open the door for your new career. Employers will now have varied age workers entering into entry level positions at the same time. Employers have to realize that citizen may have spent 20+ years in a job and are now entering a totally separate field because the old vocation opportunities no longer exist.

Train Table For Kids

In our New America, which is what I believe it will be arrival out of this recession, there will be experienced workers competitive against younger inexperienced workers for the same positions.

In this economic rescue Human Resources cannot just focus on youth, they must think what skills experienced workers bring to the table as well. Entry level positions will have a diverse citizen of employees from which to choose. Age discrimination cannot be a factor in times such as these.

The practice of offering possible employees a background form when you offer them the application to unblemished should be eliminated. The only time a background check form should be offered is if the manager is seriously considering hiring the applicant. A background check request form, ask the age of the applicant, where the employment application does not request that information. This gives the manager more facts than valuable at the starting of the process.

Times have changed and what use to be considered old, is not old anymore. Grandmothers are not all home taking care of the grand kids and cooking. They have jobs, careers and look send to contributing and having their own money. citizen have children later in life now and still have children in high school and college in their 40's and 50's. There is a lot more of life to be lived and older Americans still need opportunities to succeed. Because lets face it, life authentically does not start to get authentically good until you have a wee more sense about how to live it.

discrete Age Groups Scramble For Entry Level Positions

Sometimes it seems as though study psychologists enjoy watching kids squirm. They honestly devise an awful lot of creative ways to test their patience or annoy them to boot. One such example is the infamous marshmallow experiment (we prefer to think of it as the marshmallow torture test) conducted by researchers at Sanford University.

The team brought a group of preschool kids into a room and presented them with an ultimatum: they could have whether one marshmallow to eat right away, or, if they waited 15 minutes, they would be given two to eat when the researcher returned. The adult then left the room, leaving the marshmallow on the table and the kids to their own devices. The idea was to test the level of self-control in the youngsters.

Train Table For Kids

When it was all over and done with, about one-third of the kids ate the marshmallow right away, foregoing the long-term rewards in favor of immediate gratification. Around someone else one-third of the kids were able to wait the full fifteen minutes, and the rest broke down somewhere in-between, indulging in the sugary treat before the full 15 minutes was up. The team of psychologists then kept track of the kids, hunting them down again 14 years later. Here's where things honestly got interesting.

It turns out that the child's capability to control their impulses while this self-control test was a harbinger of things to come. Now as young adults, the ones in the first, most impulsive group had far more schoraly and communal difficulties than those in the other two groups. Likewise, the group who as children were able to wait the longest in order to win someone else marshmallow scored an average of 210 points higher on their Sat. It turns out that self-discipline and self-control are both important factors for success in many aspects of life.

Further study since then has only strengthened such findings. Also of good news to parents and educators: additional study has shown that self-control and delayed gratification is a skill that can be built and honed through practice, just like exercise builds muscle tone. Some kids start with a predisposition toward more of this to begin with, but those who lack it can bring their impulse control up to par through training.

Teachers and parents alike can turn this classic study into a fun experiment of their own that will both test a child's portion of self control as well as give them custom restraining their impulses.

The Classroom Experiment: In group time, give the kids a marshmallow before sitting down to read a story. The book should be a decent length, something that takes you 10-15 minutes to read through. Let them know that if they wait all the way to the end of the story to eat their marshmallow, you'll give them someone else one at the end. Turn it into a contest to see how many of them can honestly make it. At the end, have a argument about the experience:

*Did having to think about the marshmallow in front of you make it more difficult to join on the story?

*If some kids couldn't resist, ask them about why they ate their marshmallow when they did.

*Among those who lasted, ask them if it was difficult to keep from eating it, and how difficult it was.

*What did they think about or tell themselves to keep from eating it?

You may find that your kids in this performance do a whole lot good than the ones in the other experiment, likely due to a join of key differences. Here the children aren't alone in a room, (and sitting with at a table with nothing to do) but in a group, where communal pressure may well keep them in line. Yet it's still a inspiring task to any young child, and will work on impulse control. At the end of the experiment, keep true to your word, and offer a second marshmallow to those who have refrained. Any who didn't will of procedure be jealous and upset, but here's the beauty of it: this provides the excellent opportunity to try again. Tell them that you'll do this performance again the next day, and they'll have someone else opportunity to win two marshmallows the next time around. The whining should stop, and you'll have given them motivation to work on their impulse control.

The experience of not receiving a marshmallow when their peers did provides not only motivation, but it's a concrete example of impulsiveness having consequences. In the middle of the motivation to earn the bonus and the lesson that restraining one's impulses can payoff in the end, you may see a dramatic revising the next time around. If possible, continue the process until every child is able to wait through the story. As a reward, you can have a extra "marshmallow day" where they can eat their treats while the story, which is more fun anyway. And for those teachers whose whole class gets through the exercise the first time around: Congratulations, you reside over some studious wee students.

The Home Experiment: Track down a cheap alarm clock or stop watch, and set it for 15 minutes. Wait until a child is playing alone in their room, and walk in there with the clock and a bag of marshmallows. Take one out of the bag and hand it to them, and then set the click on a table or bed near them. Fill in your youngster that "we're going to play a wee game." Tell them that if they can keep from eating the marshmallow and wait until the alarm goes off, you'll give them one (or two) more if they come show you their uneaten marshmallow after the alarm sounds. Then, leave them to their own devices. If you want to give this experiment added kick, set up a secret video camera somewhere in their room beforehand. It can be fun to watch and see what kinds of struggles and temptations (if any) they have.

After the experiment is over, again, ask the same sort of questions: Did reasoning about the marshmallow make it more difficult to play? What kinds of things did they think about? Again, hold true to your word, rewarding them if they refrained and not rewarding them if they didn't. This experience will only serve to reinforce unhealthy principles if you don't bind to the rules. If they fuss, Fill in them that you'll try this again some other time, and that they'll have someone else opportunity to win the game.

The Marshmallow Torture Test

There were porcupines in the bush up in Elliot Lake and my dog Buff couldn't resist chasing them every chance he got. There was more than one time he came home with a mouth full of quills. It takes a special kind of association between man and dog to take off those quills.

My Dad taught all of us including the dog not to panic when you got hurt. A thrashing dog or thrashing kid is hard to doctor.

Train Table For Kids

When your puppy goes to the vet for the first time, stay calm, don't make this seem like a big deal. I taught my dogs and my kids the same way. Not with a leash or a command but with a form of advice. In situations where there was danger I all the time suggest "pay attention". Both dog and children learn to be attentive and obedient in the same way. On the monkey bars, on a path in the woods or on the doctor's table I suggest "pay attention" and trust my suggest will be followed.

When they sense danger they look to you. If you stay calm they have a great chance to follow. When you program them with a command they followed in the past and were safe they have an sense they can reveal to.

When I say "pay attention" my dog knows I sense danger. Any command that follows need to be taken seriously. No matter what happens next we cope it together. When the danger is past I let her know and tell her how proud I am of her.

Training your dog isn't the only accountability you have to him; you also need to keep him safe. One way to do that is to make sure he has a good doctor. This is leading not only for his every year checkup and shots, but for those times when things go wrong. If he is hurt he needs to be in hands he trusts.

If at all potential don't turn vets on your dog. They come to be accustomed to one man handling them and it is best for them if this continues. While your training time, plan to teach your dog to lay down and stay on a table as well as on the floor, no, don't use the kitchen table for this, or he may end up in the middle of your dinner. When dogs go to the vet for the first time, they can come to be anxious, especially if you are anxious, they will pick up on your anxiety. Having them trained to lie down and stay will be a big benefit.

You've just started your Network Marketing company and you are ready to shoot right to the top. Here are some concepts to embrace each day as you go along your journey.

Success Tip # 1 - change Your Thinking

Train Table For Kids

Always profess a sure attitude.

Many years ago, a large American shoe manufacturer sent two sales reps out to separate parts of the Australian outback to see if they could drum up some company among the aborigines. Some time later, the company received telegrams from both agents. The first one said - "No company here. Natives don't wear shoes." The second one said - "Great opportunity here - the natives don't wear shoes."

How do you "see" things in your life and your business? Are you prone to see the glass half full or half empty? Do you see opportunity with man who already uses a separate brand of your stock or do you assume there is no place for your large product?

Your reasoning has considered all things about where you are Right Now! As you look around, it is your beliefs and attitude that are reflected in the environment colse to you.

Here's the Great news - if you are happy with where you are, you can continue to enjoy where you are and what you have. Continue focusing on the positive.

If you are not happy with where you are and what you have, you can change it. It's as uncomplicated as changing your thoughts. And, you Can change your thoughts. Go on, give it a try. Try it for 21 days and watch what happens!

Success Tip # 2 - Get Back Up

It's not whether you get knocked down. It's whether you get back up.

So, you talk to 6 people and none of them are curious in your products or your business. So what? Do those 6 people hold the keys to your future? Do those 6 people make your house payment, feed your kids, or care a lot about what you think of them?

Some will and some won't in this business. You are only looking for the "some who will." They are out there. You are living proof that they are. After, all, you became a "some will" right?

Refuse to accept the notion of rejection in this business. It simply does not exist. No one is rejecting you. They are simply not curious in what you are offering at this time. Have you ever turned down a refill on a cup of coffee at a restaurant? Did the waiter run away crying and screaming because you rejected him? Nope, he said " next" and moved to the next table. You can do the same.

Believe in your stock and share that excitement. Insulate yourself from any one else's notion by your own belief.

Then, pick yourself back up and keep searching for gold.

I believe in you. Believe in you, too!

Success Tip # 3 - Four Great Reasons to Build It

1. Network Marketing is a large opportunity to create all kinds of things that you want in your life. You can create fun and creativity. You can create financial independence. You can create reliance and great people skills. Nearly 20 million Americans are doing some type of entrepreneurial company from their home. And, this amount is expected to growth dramatically. Be a part of that and find others and bring them into the fold.

2. Anyone (and especially women) can set their own hours , be flexible in their schedules as they balance many things, design a stable, solid, permanent income and design some long chronic friendships!

3. There is No gender gap or glass ceilings in Network Marketing. Anyone can reach the top, regardless of background, education, etc. Have your PhD? Great, you can shoot right to the top in Network Marketing. Have your Ged? Great, you can shoot right to the top in Network Marketing.

4. You don't need a Huge capital speculation to begin your business. Grants and small company loans are even ready for women and others! You just need a great attitude that you can succeed and a Big desire to do it!

So, Why Not You And Why Not Now?

Success Tip #4 - improving Your Game

The best speculation you can make in your company is to constantly enhance on you.

Are you improving every day? Do you wake up feeling alive, and ready to go in your business? Are you committed to your dreams? Do you Have dreams?

Work on being focused and fired up about your company Every day of each year. Blow by obstacles and don't let them hinder you or slow you down. Get clear on your goals and even clearer on your Intentions in your business. Set intentions each and every day.

Are you going for greatness?

Stop and ask yourself - Could I make one more call to one more prospect? Could I send one more email? Could I book one more party, set up one more fundraiser, recognize one more team member, etc.? Could I pass out more flyers, hand out more samples?

Life and your company is an experiment. And, you undoubtedly can't fail unless you quit or do nothing.

Each experiment will lead you closer to your goal and the greatness you aspire to.

You must know what an expected opportunity you have with your Network Marketing business. You Must!

Big things are right colse to the angle - are you planning to be the top achiever in your company, are you going to be committed 100%? How great can you be if you are Anyone less than 100% committed?

How committed would you be if you Knew you could get all things in life you want? How many calls would you make, or samples would you hand out?

Commit to yourself and your dreams Today!

Success Tip #5 - Under promise and Over-deliver

Ever been over hyped in a business? Promised the moon and only delivered the begin pad? Who hasn't? Set out to be separate in your business.

Start by Never production any income claims. Don't even share your own income with others. Why? Well, it just doesn't matter. whether you are production one or one million dollars, this has nothing to do with your team partner's ability to make an income.

Only offer up what you can deliver upon.

That undoubtedly comes down to your partnership.

What are you offering to those who join you in your business?

What maintain do you make available?

What tools?

What sets you apart from the 42 other people they found on the Google search for your business?

Be very clear on what you offer in partnership, put it into writing and make sure you deliver on it.

Have some things that you don't offer, yet deliver. How many people in Network Marketing can undoubtedly say that their sponsor offered More in maintain and training than they promised?

Take the higher road and watch your company soar.

There has never been a good time to have a home company than now. I say that to myself Every single day and have for over ten years. Every day, I am right. You have what it takes, now go make it happen!

It's hard to know what the best toys for toddlers are for some people. Occasionally, well meaning friends and house will give a gift to a toddler that's just not age appropriate. That super cool rubber dart gun with plastic darts might seem like an okay toy, but would no ifs ands or buts fit into the ear canal?

Parents know that toddlers are still in the active stage of exploring their world and that normally means objects still go into the mouth. Toys get dropped or thrown, sat on, stepped on or carried with sticky hands - that's something a parent of a toddler learns fast-that toddlers are rough on things.

Train Table For Kids

So here are a few tips that can help the habitancy who also love your toddler know what to look for when trying to determine what toy to get for them"

First, the toy must be durable. Two toys that toddlers love and will stand up to tough play are International Playthings iPlay diminutive Tuffies Trucks and International Playthings Hide 'N Squeak Eggs.

Perfect for any toddler who loves to play with trucks, these will furnish many hours of fun. With the Hide 'N Squeak Eggs, toddlers get a half dozen eggs that open to show that there are cute diminutive chicks in the shell that will make a peep when pushed. Not only are these durable but kids have fun mixing and matching the diminutive faces on the shells.

The next thing to keep in mind when toy shopping is to check out the educational value of the toy and Leapfrog has a lot of great choices in that area. Their Leapfrog Learn & Groove Musical Table is suitable to kids even as young as 6 months, so you can get a start on stimulating your child's learning.

The table can adjust according to the age of the child-from baby to toddler-so it's a toy that will stick colse to for years and it incorporates varied levels of learning. For toddlers who have mastered some hand coordination, there are the Leapfrog Learn & Groove Counting Maracas.

This toy teaches vocabulary, counting and even colors while your child grooves to the music. Third from Leapfrog is the Leapfrog Learn & Groove Alphabet Drum. This is an easy toy for toddlers to play with because each smack of their hand on the drum introduces studying fun.

And while it's important to give a toddler toys that give them an educational benefit, it's just as important that the toy be fun as well. Toys like Chicco Toys Play 'N Ride Train stir the imagination while helping a toddler scholar vital motor skills. It's also a excellent toy for toddlers who walk earlier than their peers.

Finally in the educational but fun as well branch is the Munchkin Mozart Magic Cube. It's tough sufficient to last, educational sufficient to teach toddlers good music skills yet fun sufficient to come to be a favored toy. The best toys for toddlers are those that furnish hours of happy play and are durable and safe for your child.

The Best Toys For Toddlers Have 3 Criteria

Most citizen who are entering the world of wooden railway building start out building layouts on the floor. This is great in many ways - you have lots of room to spread out. This is especially good for the youngest builders who tend to build long lines of track. Children love to crawl nearby on the floor driving Thomas the Tank machine or other engines nearby and nearby the tracks they have built.

Building on the floor can have some disadvantages, however. It can be heartbreaking for a young builder to have to take apart his masterpiece when playtime is over. Layouts on the floor are also vulnerable to stampeding toddlers or pets and get broken apart easily. For this reason, many families of wooden railway fans often resolve to spend in a train table, where they can leave layouts put together when playtime is over. building on a table also brings the layout to the excellent level for itsybitsy engineers who love to spend hours driving their trains on the layouts. For some, the best beginning table explication is learning Curve's 2-in-1 Grow With Me Playboard, with one side of the board having grooved track layouts built right into the board. When the child gets older, the board can be turned over for a traditional "flat" building surface. (The Thomas Train Table is sold separately).

Train Table For Kids

The biggest challenge to building on a train table is the lack of space, you can't genuinely spread the layout out as much as you may be used to for building on the floor. This can be frustrating for young children who aren't experienced builders, commonly beginning builders just like to build long tracks that go "nowhere". The key for flourishing building on a playtable is to use tight curves.

There are two track pieces that I assuredly recommend having on hand for building on train or playtables. First, have lots of short curve track pieces (3.5-inch curves). These allow for much tighter curves than the longer 6-inch curve pieces. Second, T-Switch tracks are great space savers for building in tight spaces.

The best way to learn is to get building! If you need inspiration, there are lots of layouts ready on the web to study or duplicate. Try Googling "Thomas Wooden Railway Track Layouts" for some layouts that are designed to fit on playtables. Don't worry if you don't have every bridge or destination shown in the diagram - it's fun and easy to substitute with quarterly track or other destinations.

Are you aware that The Good Toy Guide suggests Brio Trains as 1 of 5 developmental toys for preschoolers? To reference them, a Brio Train "a train with interactive details that encourages children to master small movements and hand eye coordination. Controlling the train and constructing the tracks creates an awareness of cause and effect, early scientific insight and basic mathematical concepts."

Various manufacturers make dreadful developmental toy wooden trains and accessories. They live up to these ideals
and are thought about educational toys for kids.

Train Table For Kids

Before we go any further, however, I should tell you a secret.... There really are not educational toys out there.
Nope. Playthings are just props. It is in the participating in play that establishes just how constructive a inevitable
toy may be for the toddler that is playing with it.

Toys just won't look after intellectual skills. What they will do is urge kids to use them, and give diminutive ones a place to be clever and imaginative. That's the thing that makes terrifically designed toys paramount. A plaything that's not made well promotes a whole lot of disappointment for the youngsters if they fall about really or are not easy to manipulate.

That brings us to the next concern. Mothers and fathers, in the event your house is seeing to spend money on a toy train set and haven't concept of getting a table set up for the train set, the train tracks will most lightly get fouled up while on the ground and your youngsters will probably get annoyed. Often when this happens, they will cease to play with their train.

Anyway, that's what happened with my grandsons. Because of that, I created and constructed a wooden heavy duty train table (none of this fake wood that doesn't last for longer than 1 year, and the screws and nails damage the wood and fall out!). I would love for you to check the table plans out at the Toy Train Table Plan Store.

At this point we can really move send and present the trains. Thomas the Tank Engine, Lego trains, and Maxim company - Tumble Tree Woods all build amazing wooden toy trains. Decree on the one that goes along with your budget.

Maxim's goal is to invent learning toys that encourage a child's manual dexterity, self assurance, ingenuity, and
motor skills. The developmental toys are long-wearing and durable, created to resist the rigors of Hard use by your kid due to the fact they're constructed of imported hardwood.

Learning toys for youngsters beseech diminutive kids to really use their imaginations. Kids also interact easier with their friends when playing with developmental toys. A train table and wooden toy train set offer the excellent place to learn about sharing. These are basal interaction skills.
